1Contact Us
We will arrange for our friendly manager to visit you in your home to talk you through how we work, listen to your specific cleaning needs in each area and have a little look around.
2Our service Menu
We will then show you our service menu and you’ll choose which tasks you would like us to do for you
3Every clean every time
We have a schedule of standard cleaning tasks that we include as standard in every area, every clean.
4JC Spring Rotation
You will choose from a list of spring clean jobs that once chosen, we will add these to your schedule and rotate the jobs to keep on top of these areas.
5Quote stage
We would then go away and work out a quote for your initial deep clean and for your regular weekly/fortnightly/monthly clean appointment and send this to you as soon as we can after your visit.
6Booking
Upon accepting our quote you will receive a date for your initial deep clean which would include all standard cleaning tasks plus your chosen spring clean jobs done in every room / area plus your specific tasks too.

We always begin with a thorough deep clean to bring your home up to our highest standards. This initial deep clean ensures that your home is immaculate and sets the foundation for maintaining its pristine condition with regular appointments.

Your Regular Clean
JC will visit your home between 9-4 on your clean day and complete all tasks from your bespoke cleaning schedule. Your cleaner will arrive uniformed with your cleaning schedules at hand and will always stay until the job is complete.
